The management software COMPOS installs in practices, clinics and hospitals. It picks the patient up on arrival — or earlier, from their phone — and stays with them through the waiting room, the consultation, the theatre and the cash desk, all the way to the invoice. Everything runs on a server installed on your premises.
- Reception: check-in kiosk, tickets with a QR code, calling screen with an audible signal, online booking and reminders
- Patient record: prescriptions in French and Arabic, specialist ophthalmology examinations, DICOM imaging, inpatient stays, operating theatre, consent forms signed on a tablet
- Cash desk and billing: quotations, invoices, third-party payers and agreements, Chifa card reading, export to accounting
- Team: clocking by QR badge or PIN, rosters, on-call duty, leave and training
- Facility: stock with batches and expiry dates, sterilisation, biomedical maintenance, adverse events
- Management and compliance: waiting statistics, audit log, personal-data register compliant with law 18-07, encrypted backups
- Three packages — Essentiel, Clinique, Établissement — priced after the site survey
