Traceability
Every batch, every serial number, from warehouse to customer
Traceability is set item by item: quantity only, batch with expiry date, or one serial number per unit.
- On receipt: batch number and expiry date, or one serial number per unit; a barcode scanner can be used.
- On sale: the batch that expires first goes out first (FEFO); an expired or blocked batch is never sold. Batch and expiry are printed on the document.
- Day to day: the Expiry page shows batches that are expired or due within 30 and 90 days, to block, transfer or scrap.
- On a manufacturer recall: enter the batch number and the list of customers, documents and quantities delivered appears, ready to print.

Android app
The warehouse in your pocket
For your storekeepers and sales reps: stock counts, receiving, sales and stock lookup from the phone or tablet, even offline.
- Download the app on the phone (or scan the QR code), then open the file. Android asks you to allow installation from the browser, once.
- On the computer, open Settings › Connected devices and display the pairing QR code (valid for 10 minutes, single use).
- In the app, tap “Scan the QR code”. Offline, operations stay on the phone and are sent as soon as the connection is back.
Android 7.0 or later, phone and tablet, in French and Arabic. The number of phones depends on the plan.

Payment and activation

FAQ
Before you start
Do I need to install anything?
No: Comptoir-DZ opens in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. The Android app comes on top, for warehouse and field work.
What about without an Internet connection?
The web app needs the Internet. The Android app keeps the catalogue on the phone: you can sell, buy and count stock offline, and everything is sent when the connection is back.
How do I answer a tender?
Prepare a pro forma invoice at the customer's key-account price list: it affects neither stock nor debt. When the contract is awarded, turn it into an invoice or a delivery note.
Which VAT rate for my medical devices?
It depends on the products and the regulations in force. Comptoir-DZ allows a rate per item (19%, 9% or exempt) and exempt documents; check the rates with your accountant.
A manufacturer recalls a batch: how do I find the customers?
Enter the batch number in Batch recall: the page lists the customers, documents and quantities delivered. Block the batch to stop selling it.
Is my data protected?
Each company is isolated: nobody else sees your stock, your purchase prices or your customers. Protected passwords, roles, audit log and daily backup.
Can I use it in Arabic?
Yes: the web app and the Android app are in French and Arabic (right-to-left), as each user prefers.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Choose a plan and a duration on the Subscription page, then pay: COMPOS activates the plan. Without renewal, access is suspended when the term ends; your data is kept.
