Rental module
A complete rental agency, from booking to returned deposit
Categories and rates (day, week, month, seasons), options, customers with checked ID and licence, printed contracts and invoices.
- The customer books on your online catalogue or at the agency: quote then booking, availability checked on the planner.
- Check-out: inspection signed on the tablet, mileage and fuel, deposit collected.
- Return: late days, extra kilometres and missing fuel calculated; damage opens a claim in the fleet.
- Invoice and credit note, payments, deposit returned or withheld: everything stays linked to the contract.
GPS tracking (Coban trackers), included in every plan, shows where vehicles are, the trips they made and speeding.

Frequently asked questions
Before you start
Do I need Internet?
No: Trac-DZ is installed on the main PC and the other computers connect to it over the local network. Internet is only used for the cloud copy, the online catalogue and updates.
I don't run a rental agency: is the module required?
No. Fleet management is enough for most companies; rental is a module you add only if you need it, and GPS tracking is included as soon as your vehicles have a tracker.
How does the installer work?
You download it and install it on the main PC. The software stays locked until COMPOS validates your licence, which enables the chosen plan and modules.
Is my data backed up?
Yes: the database is encrypted on the PC, backed up every night, and can be copied to the COMPOS cloud.
Can I use it in Arabic?
Yes: the whole application is in French and Arabic (right-to-left), chosen by each user.
Can my customers book online?
With the rental module, your agency has a public catalogue: categories, photos, prices and a request form. You call the customer back and create the contract in one click.
